Afro Hair Education

half and half image showing the natural 3b hair with no products and no love, the other half showing the curl definition which comes wo life with the correct products layered with love

My journey to mastering afro hair began with a three-day intensive course at the prestigious Kevin Fortune's London Academy. Prior to this, I dedicated myself to self-education through books, YouTube tutorials, and countless hours of practice. Eager to expand my skills and provide the best service to my diverse clientele, I immersed myself in this specialized training. The course offered in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience, covering techniques specific to afro hair care and styling. Under the guidance of industry experts, I learned the nuances of working with different textures, ensuring I can confidently and beautifully cut, colour and style afro hair with professionalism and creativity. This experience has been invaluable in broadening my expertise and enhancing the quality of my services.

Following my afro hair education, I am passionate about encouraging more Black women to embrace their natural hair. By coloring, cutting, and treating their hair correctly, they can enhance the beauty of what God has given them. Natural hair is versatile, vibrant, and unique, and with the right care and styling, it can be a stunning expression of individuality. Embracing natural hair not only promotes healthy hair practices but also celebrates cultural heritage and personal identity. Let's cherish and showcase the natural beauty of afro hair with pride and confidence.
